Good Good Lonestar Shootout appears to be overwhelming success

It is a busy time in the world of golf as the U.S. Women’s Open just wrapped, the RBC Canadian Open is going on and the U.S. Open is next week. Busy, busy, busy.

In the middle of all of that the folks over at Good Good decided to put on their own event with all sorts of all-star involvement. NFL legends teamed up with the Good Good crew for a nice round at Horseshoe Bay in Austin on Wednesday, one that viewers were able to watch unfold on Golf Channel.

NFL stars partnered with members of the crew and the team of Brad Dalke and Joe Haden came out on top of everyone. It was a 12-team scramble format with proceeds going to charity, a great bit of work between the Good Good ensemble and the NFL stars who offered their time.

Things like this are so great to see within golf. Shout out to everyone involved for making it an awesome experience.
