Chase Briscoe will try to make it two wins in a row, and will be the second seed of the NASCAR In-Season Challenge, when he takes on 31st-seeded Noah Gragson as part in the 2025 Quaker State 400 at Echo Park Speedway in Atlanta on Saturday. The five-week bracket-style tournament will see racers advance by finishing ahead of their challenge-round opponent. The NASCAR In-Season Challenge will conclude at the Brickyard 400 on July 27 in Indianapolis. Briscoe registered his first win of the year and eighth top-10 finish at last week’s Great American Getaway 400 at Pocono Raceway.
Briscoe is at +2200 to win in the 2025 Quaker State 400 odds, while Ryan Blaney is the favorite at +800. Head-to-head: Taranto sees Todd Gilliland (+150) finishing ahead of Chris Buescher (-205). Taranto notes that Gilliland has fared well in Atlanta, leading for 58 laps there in February 2024, and seven laps this past February before finishing 15th. He has two top-10 finishes in 2025, and has been in the top-20 nine times. Buescher, 32, meanwhile, has struggled at times in Atlanta. Earlier this year, he placed 30th at the 2025 Ambetter Health 400.
